Something mischievous I did as a child.

When I was little, me and my cousin Karla, who is like a sister to me, would play and get in a lot of trouble. We would make ups stories and climb on top of the closet that our grandfather built. The closet didn't have a door, it was more like a wall unit. It had shelves on the left side of the wall and on the right side there was a bar that was used to put the clothes in hangers. On top of it there was a lofted space that is used to store anything else.

Karla and me would use the shelves as stairs and climb into the lofted part of the closet and play there, making stories and radio novelas that we would record on our tape recorder. We would also sometimes tie a blanket to one of the beams in the ceiling of the house (it is a wooden house with exposed beams) and we would do like Tarzan and swing ourselves from the top of the closet into my grandmother's queen bed.

One day we jumped so hard on that bed that we broke it. I remember when one of the springs came out, it did not poke over the fabric but it felt like a lump on the bed. We tried to pretend nothing happened but we eventually got caught.

We would also take the mattress and move it in a way that it would make a slide from the base of the bed to the floor, and we would roll ourselves down on it.

Other mischievous things we did was when we where hanging out with 4 other cousins and we found a leg shaver, those that used to be round, and we shaved our eyebrows.

We had a lot of fun doing all these crazy things. Do you remember some of your mischievous moments of your childhood?
